Where to enter R6SNF
- Build your first eligible Fizz plan.Choose Mobile or Home Internet and make sure this is the first Fizz service activated on the account.
- Continue to the order summary.Review the plan price and locate the referral-code field before the final activation or payment submission.
- Enter R6SNF and validate it.Type the five-character code exactly. It is not case-sensitive, but checking the accepted-code confirmation prevents mistakes.
- Keep both plans active.The respective bonuses unlock after the new member accumulates two months of service, provided both plans are still active.
Why a Fizz referral code may not work
The account already has a Fizz service
Referral eligibility normally applies only when activating the first service. A second Mobile or Home Internet plan may not show the referral field.
The code was entered after activation
R6SNF must be entered before the first eligible plan is submitted. Fizz does not allow retroactive referral codes.
